Hello,

So a few questions  about the i 134 ! My fiance  embassy will be London  on the website it says the I 134 isn't mandatory but I am wanting to fill it out and send it anyway. In the instructions on the larger version of the affidavit of support it says that child support counts as income.  So would I just combine my income plus the yearly amount of child support and put it on the income line on the form ? That amount would not match my w2 or match my employer letter.  I would like to do it properly if anyone has guidance on how i should go about it or their experience with London interview and what financial forms were requested. Thank you!

London does allow the beneficiary to self sponsor, unusual but makes life easier.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You’re seriously sponsoring an immigrant with child support?

I also have someone who can sponsor if need and my job when he has work authorization said they can hire him so we will be set.

I dont appreciate the judgement

I bet you don’t.

List the child support as income, add it, and attach the court order.

Your paystubs and bank statements should match what you are claiming as income.

A court order is proof of child support, paystubs or employment letter is proof of employment income.

That's not how it works. The requirements are based on household size. If you don't have children, your income requirements are less. If someone else is contributing to the expenses of your children, your income requirements should be less.

So you will need to marry fast, get the marriage certificate and then file the AOS.   EADS are taking 5 tp 7 months.

Fortunately in Nevada you can get the marriage certificate copy quickly.

Hope that issues like public charge don't come up.
