Today , I called the 800-375-5283 NCSC and after waiting for 20 minutes a gentlemen answer in Spanish (how he knew I speak Spanish??? ) but he was not of help at all , he basically told me what I can see on the website about timelines , and told me not to worry about my case that they are processing cases dated on 01-30-06 , Don't we know that !!!!!!

Is there a # that I can call NBC and get a better answer?

The phone number for the NBC is not for public consumption. The only way that you'll be able to get a status on your case other than the NCSC or on-line is to get your congressional representative to make an inquiry for you. They will not do this until your received deate is more than 30 days past the date listed on the USCIS website.

There is no other # to contact them (at least none that i know of) It is very frustrating to deal with them. It's amazing we don't even have right to get information about our own petitions. Good Luck to all of us.
