I-130 Additional Information formatting

I'm having a hard time formatting additional addresses and employer information on the I-130 form. Are there any examples for how to do this correctly? The USCIS guidelines are on this is confusing to me.

On the extra space forms at the back of the packet we just labeled each additional employer/address 1, 2, 3, etc. So:

 

1. Employer name

address

city, state zip code

dates of employment

 

And did the same thing for any additional home address history.

Below is my additional form format. I had over 10 employers so lol Just got my green card so I guess this format I did was accepted.

Spouse Beneficiary Name: Abc

A-Number: A-abc

 

Page Number: 2; Part Number: 2

Employment History: Employer 3 

The spouse beneficiary has additional employment history that could not fit on the form.
