seldi,

When sending the supporting documentation for an e-filed I-131 it should be sent to the address specified on the I-131 Receipt Notice.

It makes no difference where the I-485 adjustment of status application is - as YuAndDan posted, the I-131 is processed independent of the I-485.

Ok, now I'm getting frustrated. Everyone, please take a few seconds and stop jumping into conclusions!!

1- The missinfopass and call to missinformation line was about something else (USCIS had wrong A#). We just happened to ask about AP as a bonus.

2- The I-131 had already been e-filed BEFORE I created this topic.

3- I was NOT asking for advice on where to send the supporting documents for the I-131. Like #2, they had already been sent before this topic was started.

and finally,

4- Supporting documents for e-filed APs are NOT sent to the Chicago lockbox. They're sent to the address in the E-file receipt, which I believe is probably unique for everyone, depending on their situation. We did send the supporting documents to right place, we have already received the NOA1 from TSC.

Now let's get back to the reason why I created this topic: Help e-filers whose AOS applications are currently pending at TSC.

We're here to help each other out, so please, let's try not to confuse one another....that's what USCIS is for
