I have few questions.

1. Do I need to notarize my foreign birth certificate?

2. Do I need to file the I-765 and I-131 separately in different packets and include a separate copy of any mutual evidence requested in each, or do I just put everything in the same packet with one copy of each evidence?

(Like do I put 3 copies of my marriage certificate, passport photos ...etc with each form separately or one copy of each is fine?)

1. No

2. Each application stands alone but you can mail in one envelope

3.  Three copies of marriage certificate?  Did you read the form instructions?

YMMV

Yeah I did I just wrote that without thinking lol.

Do I need to submit 6 passport photos, 3 I-94 forms...etc? Or just 2 passport pics and 1 copy of any other documents?

Assemble each application to stand alone.   If an application has common evidence,  give each application their own piece.  Don't share,  your applications will be separated and adjudicated by different people

YMMV
