Hello,

 

My wife work authorization and advance parole have expire since April 2019.  We are waiting for the result of our interview in since August 2019.  My question is there a fee to renew her work permit while we are waiting for the result of our interview for her green card?

No fee. Send a copy of the I-485's NOA1 in lieu of payment.

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE

"If you properly file Form I-485 and pay the required fees, you may file Form I-765 and Form I-131 without paying additional fees. You may file these forms together, or if you choose to file Form I-765 or Form I-131 separately, you must also submit a copy of your I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence that you filed and paid for Form I-485." https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-485instr.pdf Page 16

My recent renewal was free.
