1. Do we need to pay a fee at POE (we paid $325 at the interview receipt below)

2. Is the green card mailed after embassy approval/visa stamp or after POE

3. Do I need to file a "change of address" each time I move if I maintain my original mailing address on file? I plan on moving around a lot for work and would be staying at lots of temporary locations for months at a time.

1. No fee at POE that I'm aware of. I'm not sure what the $325 is for.

2. The green card is mailed after POE, given you paid the $220 Green card fee per person to USCIS. https://my.uscis.gov/uscis-immigrant-fee/

3. Not for temporary locations. Just permanent locations when you permanently move.

1.  No fee at POE

2.  Green Card is mailed after both the $220 green card fee payment and the immigrant has entered the US.

3.  Yes.  You must keep USCIS informed of you CURRENT residence address....but not for visiting addresses.

The $220 green card fee is paid here:  https://my.uscis.gov/uscis-immigrant-fee/start-payment

Fee is paid online after visa is issued......either before entry to US or after.......but the Green card will not be mailed until the fee is paid and the new immigrant has entered the US.

I don't think I would change my address if maintaining original address.
