Sponsoring married sister to US

I'm planning to sponsor my married sister to US. I know i need to fill I130 for my sister, is there anything/documents to include her husband in the application, like their marriage certificate, his birth certificate?

Or just sponsor my sister is all that i need to do at this moment to get a priority date and then provide the rest when the time come?

Follow the form instructions.  No additional information needed for the spouse at this time

YMMV

You're petitioning your sister, not her spouse or anybody else. Derivatives come into play at NVC near when the PD is current...in ~15-25+ years (depending on country and how many people get a visa in front of your sister).

we applied and got approved on I-130.

do you think they proceed to NVC case number or we just get in queu and wait for our turn (usually around 10 years for sibling)?

The case will move on to NVC where it will sit for a decade, possibly two.  No action required from you until PD is current on Table B of the visa bulletin.

So i got an email from NVC with case number and invoice number. do i need to pay IV fee and do all the steps? or just wait for the PD? how do you know if/when your PD is up?

You keep an eye on the Visa Bulletin (released monthly). Table A is what you need to look at to see when a visa will become available to her, when her PD is before that date - not sure which country she's in, but for most countries the date is 8th June 2007, so anybody that applied before that date is now able to get a visa  https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2024/visa-bulletin-for-march-2024.html

And as @Chancy said, Table B tells you when you can complete the NVC side of things, that's currently at 1st March 2008.

Good luck.

thanks, even i can login to NVC, i can't pay for fee, etc... Will it expired after 1 year? I already had that happened to the case when sponsoring my dad.

No, nothing you can do until her PD is current on Table B as above. She's at least 15-20 years away from that stage.

Is your Dad a citizen and is he your sisters father too?

It won't expire if the priority date is not current.  Is the PD in 2019?

Nah, i applied for my dad and got approved back in 2020. due to covid and other personal reasons, he didn't want to go so the nvc case got expired after 1 year stay inactive (where we didn't take action and do all the steps). I had to email and ask them to reactive it again.

My mom is green card holder and i thought she can't sponsor her daughter as she's over 21 and married.

yeah, we applied and got I130 approved in 2023 but have to apply form I824 due to some reason that they said i didn't indicate with embassy/consulate abroad. So now that the I824 approved, they finally send it to NVC, and i got case/invoice number today

How long did it take for the I-824 approval?  That question is asked from time to time.
