K1 FIANCEE VISA SUBMITTED

Hi to all,

I want to ask if will it be a big deal if I wasn't able to include in my employment details the part time cleaning job that I have done in year 2016 in the I-129F K1 Fiance visa form. I am the beneficiary. I studied Masters in Australia and while studying, did part time cleaning jobs for several months. I paid tax and the job was legal. I just thought it's part time so I did not include it. I only included the ones related to my studies, from Internship to full time employment in the field of Finance.

I am just a bit worried so I just want to know if I should be worried or what.

Thank you so much in advance. :)

I think your main occupation is MASTER STUDENT.  Your petitioners income is what that matters.    My beneficiary did some KFC work PT as a college student, but we excluded that.   Its irrelevant.

Thank you for that. I am a bit relieved now. Yeah, maybe what's important is the petitioner's income.

I don't think you should worry at all.  As the beneficiary, your income is not considered, and in terms of your overall public charge evaluation, your education and employment background are very favorable.
