hi guys

i sent all the required documents to the NVC  after i payed the fees and did fill form DS-260 i have been waiting for almost 5 months , i sent email to the NVC to let them know that it have been more than 60 days and i still didnt hear from the NVC , they did reply after 30 days with this email

NVC recently received a fee payment or document(s) from you.  However, we need to have all of the following items before we can complete your case and schedule a visa interview:

 

1)  Immigrant Visa Application (Form DS-260) - complete and submit one of these forms for each person who intends to immigrate.

 

2)  Affidavit of Support form and financial supporting evidence (not required for employment-based petitions). The petitioner must complete this form.

 

3)  Civil Documents: submit the required civil documents, such as birth certificates and marriage certificates, for each person who intends to immigrate.

 

You must complete the visa application form by using the Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) at https://ceac.state.gov. Then, scan and upload the required financial and civil documents to CEAC.  To log on, you will need your NVC case number and the invoice ID number.

 

For detailed instructions on completing the FORM DS-260 and uploading documents to CEAC, or to see current case review processing times, visit our website at https://nvc.state.gov/submit (English) or https://nvc.state.gov/submit/espanol (Spanish).

 

 

Once you have submitted all of the applicable items above, we will review them and let you know if anything is missing, or if any other action is required. 

i'm so confused about it , now i dont know if they have recieved my documents or not , beside when i check my visa status its says that they recieved the form DS-260 from me 5 months ago

and also they didnt ask before to upload my documents but i sent it by mail as NVC site said .

cant contact NVC by the phone and always busy ,

i really dont know what to do

After you uploaded all the documents you should click Submit button.

When you see Submitted as your status, you did it right.

You should keep trying NVC phone. Try 10-20 times and you’ll be redirected. The wait is usually an hour. You should have done this 3 months ago.
