Soooo something happened which is a little bit exciting to me! 🙈

My I-765 Status just changed time “New Card is being produced”, while my I-485 has not changed. Still says that our RFE response has been received. My I-131 is still at “Case was received”.

Was curious if that’s normal or someone experienced something similar? I don’t wanna get too excited about it, can’t help myself to worry about things especially after a RFE. 😅

Married to US citizen

Pd I-130 0ctober 07 2019

Filed I-485 January 11 2020

Received I-485 January 13 2020

Received receipt notice for I-485 and priority date is October 07 2019 should I consider my I-485 as an October 2019 filer when calculating my processing time. Would this speed up my I-485 processing?

Hello everyone!

Just an update again...

I-765 "New card is being produced" (today Jan 23)

I-485 "Ready to schedule for Interview" (since Dec 12 2019) Charlotte, NC

I-131 "Case Received" (since Oct 7 2019)

Things are moving along... Yaaaayyy!!

Update:

I-131 "Case was Approved" (today Jan 24)

So it is indeed possible to receive the EAD/AP card ahead of the I-485 approval, right?

Good luck to all of us!!!

Is there anyone here with K2, I thought my K2 was waived for biometrics when they sent my own biometrics appointment without including my K2. I did my biometrics more than a month, and I was eagerly waiting for ready to be scheduled for interview but to my surprise I recieved biometrics appointment for K2 this morning, this indicates I still have a very long wait time.
