I have a question for the people who has got RFE’s, I got one but my letter isn’t here yet, my question is... what do i send back to them? I know I will have to send whatever they ask from me but do i send a cover letter? Do I send back the RFE letter? Can i send any additional information aside from what they ask me? Can someone help me?

based on your timeline it looks like we are in very similar situations. Mine went to ready to schedule interview on 12/30 but have heard nothing since. I know it is hard but there are still other folks who filed before us who have heard less. Hopefully soon for us both!

I included a cover letter with mine, not sure if it's mandatory. It shouldn't be a negative to send one anyway.

You will also need to send back the original letter you received as stated in the letter.

I believe it's best to send exactly what they ask for in the letter. Additional information should only be sent if it's supporting the RFE

The letter will have instructions. No need to send anything extra. Our attorney did it for us, but I remember the instructions were really straight forward

Help please. Calling those who used a co-sponsor that file jointly with spouse.

we got a RFIE,  about the form I-864 and do not know how to go about it. Even though our sponsor made over $150k , it sait that it was said that he does not meet the 125 .  We sent the tax return transcript and also an employment letter. He has his wife and 2 kids on his tax so we put 5 people about the household member .

I do not quiet understand what they want from us. They pretty much request the same documents that we sent previously which are:

employment letter

pays stubs

form I-864

proof of citizenship.
 Please help

thank you

We had the same problem. RFE on the same thing.

we send everything again. We thought that we may have marked one question wrong, but we don’t know either.

we simply send the signed form plus all the required proof like W2s etc

Interview is for the GC only. My approval today was for employment authorization. Sorry I’m not sure if they accept walk ins. I wouldn’t think so because when I went they asked for my appointment letter and it was very very busy.
