Getting ready to file all documents this week.  I am a little confused about the additional requirements after October 14.  I have the most recent I-485 form (expires 7/31/2021) and didn't notice anything glaringly different.  I also checked the recent I-131 and I-765 forms and they haven't changed.  What are these additional requirements?

In addition, do I only need to submit a copy of my US passport page for the I-864 (Affidavit of Support)?  I'm providing 3 years of my IRS Transcript even though it is optional.  The instructions state that :

You may submit this information for the most recent three tax years, pay stubs from the most recent six months, and/or a letter from your employer if you believe any of these items will help you qualify.

I planned on including a letter from my employer dated for today showing my current position, salary, and date of employment.  I don't believe I need to submit paystubs.  Is this actually necessary if you are well above the 125% of the poverty level, or is this something people are doing just to potentially avoid an RFE?

Thanks in advance!

I just saw that the new rulings to take effect 10/15/19 have been delayed.

If anyone knows the answers to my questions about documents other than the I-864 needing a copy of the US passport page and the paystubs question, I'd appreciate it.

Filed AOS ON 9/26.  RECEIVED LETTER ON 10/4 that credit card was rejected.  Credit card thought it was fraudulent.  Filed on 10/5.  Received letter on 10/11 everything is being processed and biometrics is 10/21.  What should we expect 8mln biometric interview?

Confused how you were able to use a credit card to pay the AOS fees. Doesn't USCIS only accept personal check or money order?

USC passport info page and paystubs are only required for I-864.

Note that I didn't write "only USC passport info page and paystubs are required for I-864"

I wrote "USC passport info page and paystubs are only required for I-864."

Look very close at my time line, not fast at all 299 days for K1 NOA2, 2 month setback after medical, 1 month setback after interview, so I've had to struggle through my whole visa journey so far. It is only now since the AOS that I have found some measure of normalcy. But I feel anyone's pain and stress dealing with this visa journey. Bottom line I understand your concerns as I have experienced some of the same. I try to be upbeat to other VJers and give them the bright side of things. I do tell my opinions sometimes not what  people would like to hear, but I say it in a way to NOT offend or at least I try too. Thank you for the congratulations, but I'm right here with you!!!!! BTW I was a May 2018 K1 filer. Most  ID SAY 80% of my group has gone before me and are now with GC. I'm still stumbling through, but I've never lost hope and neither should YOU or anyone here. I'm a September 2019 AOS filer, but I'm here with you too!!!!

Those set backs really suck don't they? We are March 2018 K1 filers and we were one of the first to get our NOA2 in September 2018 but post interview we were placed into AP for 7 months and had to do two medicals and hire a lawyer to get answers. Of course London had increased their medical fee by the time the second one came around too. But now that we are together and married life is good and we can breathe easier.

Yes I'm sure your setbacks sucked as well. But we got through it and we are married and together now. I'm really glad you held on .....grats my friend.
