there is this guy who just posted that his wife has watched a lot of videos regarding AOS and expired 1-94.... people getting arrested for having an expired I-94... i was just curious to know what was all of that about, and how does that affect anyone of us... thank you so much for your response 😍

Probably folks are hearing that from u-tube! If you marry and file your AOS all within 90 days you are good to go. I wasted no time like yourself and I filed mine a few days after getting married. So don't worry you are good to go! I got married a day before you BTW 😁

No just  at the courthouse but we had a venue  at our house and the wife had some family over. She even cooked the night before, she loves  cooking her Filipino foods.

Hey everyone, I have a question. My online case status changed today to say that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview and that they would send me a letter in the mail. So now will they be transferring my case to my local office where they will then schedule my interview? .... And I wait (for 2 years lol).

Seattle field office is currently backlogged. I honestly do not know how much longer until you have an interview date, but your case appears to be making some progress.

Oh my god! My case status updated only 9 days after my biometrics appointment!!

Already set to be scheduled for interview!!! 😁 Did not expect that at all. This makes up for the long wait we had to get biometrics appointment.

Hoping Indianapolis is fast for interview date! 🤞

Date filed: Sept 25

NOA: Oct 4

Biometrics: Nov 20

Ready to be scheduled for interview: Nov 29

I got the notification yesterday saying  "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". It's a month after the biometrics.

Very nice you are rolling along!

Yeah I’ve noticed it’s going to take some time at the Seattle office unfortunately. I guess my question is, now that my case status says that online, now will it be transferred from the NVC to Seattle?

I am not sure about that maybe someone else can jump in and answer your question. What I know is there is no set loot for USCIS to process cases.
