Bummer I think  the I-485  the version I used was 18 pages. Well make sure to download it off USCIS website and get it back in the mail.

My problem is,do I need to do back all the application or I just need to put in the missing pages. Is there anybody else have this happen to them can assist me

I would make sure the version/edition of the I-485 was current then I would  redo the entire form to minimize mixing up editions and or versions of the form. To be safe that is what I would do.

Are you talking about the i-797 for your K-1? If you are, then the validity dates on it do not matter anymore...you can include it in your AOS package, no problem.

Thank you... so I just searched it up, here in West Palm Beach, it may take from 7.5 months to 23 months.... loooooonggg time 😭

Do not go by USCIS current processing times. Surprisingly enough, some times cases get processed sooner than expected. We will all get there in time.

Does he needs to leave the country? Or does he needs to start working to support his financially?

The gvt holds accountable the person who signed the affidavit of support for the beneficiary expenses until he or she is able to obtain a work permit and secure a job.

You mean AOS processing time? As it was said above check the timeline of filers from the same office. My office was showing processing time from 8 to 16 months I guess, but I received mine in 3.5 months :)
You may try to expedite his EAD (as I see he needs to work), but I do not know your circumstances, not all requests are approved. Some of June filers already are receiving their EAD/AP cards, however some filers from previous months are still waiting.

Hi Everyone,

I know this is the october group, but I am filing this month (Just got married last friday :)) and quick question, did you file the I693 with your DS 3025? Or just submitted the DS3025?

Thanks!

Sabrina
