good morning so i have a HUUUUGEEEEE problem... my debit card was cloned at a gas station and they took over 800 dollars from my account, now I short on money for the AOS. I wont get paid until next week, I am afraid that my check will bounce... what will happen if USCIS puts thst check in lets say next Monday and the check bounce? will my application for AOS get cancelled?

Unfortunately yes USCIS will return your application to you if your payment does not clear. Can't you work with your bank on this,  don't  they have a process for unauthorized use of your debit card where you are not responsible for it? But  all that process takes time, I understand. Maybe USCIS will try to collect a couple of times before they return your application.

It's hard to tell, and I would not dare guess. Have  faith though I think it'll be ok and there will be money in your account by the time they get around to cashing it. I'm sending positive vibes your way.

😂  Ya K1 AOS. We sent with FedEx and will be charged by credit card, don’t know if that makes a difference with the timing.

how it took USCIS to cash the check?

not sure, I sent them certified bank checks so the money was withdrawn from my account when I was obtaining the actual checks.
