I figured the Vaccine process and the civil surgeon made it easy by requesting 2 vaccines and he will do the 1-693 my worries now is about the DS3025 since we didn't get it at the medical exam or POE.

he should be requesting 4 vaccines, mmr, tdap, varicella and flu shot. only if you don`t have records...

I have a question... so when USCIS receives your AOS package, do they generate a new receipt number or is it the same receipt number from K1 visa?

Completely new numbers for for AOS, EAD and AP.

could anyone please tell me how you got the Copy of DS-3025 ?? my fiance did not get anything from the clinic where she did her medical exam. thank you

That depends on the country your fiance is from. In my country we're able to receive a sealed package with medical plus a copy for ourselves.

What about the rule of submitting before the 14th of october? It says that the previous one won't be accepted except it is postmarked. So what happens after the 15th of october does it mean the form is invalid?

You should go back and read it again....

Just a tidbit for those of you married to a Filipina do not forget to process  your Report of Marriage ROM within a year or you will get penalized. The ROM is not compulsory but if you don't  do it ur spouse will NEVER be able to get her  Filipino passport in her married name.

Our credit card was charged today! Finally some movement on our AOS package since it was delivered 8 days ago. Apparently the USCIS didn't go out of business 😉

Expect your numbers any day now!
