I sent my I-129F application back in March and it returned to me sometime early April because I forgot to sign my check. I sent it rigth away and when I checked my account in USCIS.gov this is what they said:

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On April 12, 2007, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. IS THIS THE FIRST NOTICED? IF SO, CAN ANYONE TELL ME BASE ON YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE WHEN WILL I GET ANOTHER MAIL AND UPDATE FROM THEM IF THIS IS APPROVED? THE CHECK HAS CLEARED AS WELL A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER APRIL 12. BY THE WAY, I'M A FILIPINO AND MY FIANCEE IS FROM IMUS, CAVITE. ADVANCED THANK YOU FOR THOSE WHO CAN HELP ME. IM REALLY ANXIOUS AND I KEEP CHECKING USCIS.GOV AND LOGGING IN 5-10 TIMES A DAY FOR ANY UPDATES. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
