Anyone having problems getting on the Infopass on the USCIS website? I click on English and then Make and appointment and it keeps going back to click for your language.

we're having problems too. after chosing English in the language selector, the 'Click Here' button to make the appointment takes us back to the language selection! is anyone else having this problem? we've tried it on two computers and multiple browsers.

it seems that others have successfully used this Infopass service so perhaps the problem is temporary. anyone else have anything to share?

now infopass is working again! although the operator at USCIS said it must be OUR computer, it's clearly some kind of intermittant problem on their end. we waited an hour or so and then it started working again.

hope this info helps other folks experiencing the same problem!
