Guys,

I have to change my address...Do I just file the form online and also call them to see if it went through? What else should I do to make sure this happens because I am still waiting on my biometrics appointment. I see other people had issues before with the address being changed. Im still living in the same city.

Yes, change it online and then call them.
I moved couple months ago and changed the address online, got the confirmation and everything. Last month the notice about me being able to file for I-751 went to my old address though. I called them and they said they can’t check on my address since I don’t have a pending case. I changed it online again in the hope they’ll finally get it now but I’ll probably call them again now that I have a pending case.

So since you have a pending case you can call them and verify whether they have your new address.

What helped me with the last USCIS letter was that I went onto the USPS website and signed up for my Mail being forwarded for a year to my new address. It‘s for free so it can’t hurt doing that! I’d do that too if I were you, just to be on the safe side :)

That happened to me as well. I was wondering why. Omg. I hope they will not send new documents again there because we sold that house. We are not living there for a year and a half now. What number did you call?

I called the normal USCIS number. Just put in a request with USPS too so important mail like this will be forwarded to your new address. That’s how I got the last USCIS letter.

They should have my new address in I-751 right? I will do USPS too. Thank you so much.

Correct, that’s what the person on the phone said too (that technically they also see it on the I-751) but I’ll never trust USCIS to put pieces like that together...
