Really?  Even with RV I spent about a month going over everything and putting it all together.  But the net result was a pristine, beautiful package that I'm sure made some government goon happy.  RapidVisa kicked it out the door to the lockbox THE NEXT DAY.  I assume it was because they looked at it and said "Yep .. this one is squared away"

Did you submit your proof of income with the application for your visa?

Thats all in your Affadavit of Support Package and that all goes to your fiance to be brought to the Embassy during interview.  Now, people have argued with me about this, but I *highly* suggest DHL especially when dealing with the Philippines, and send paper with a wet signature.  Ive hear different things about whether they need original signatures or not, but my attitude is .. why take chances?  Its not cheap to DHL express an envelope to the Philippines, but its worth it considering this is one of your last critical steps.

I'm doing all this from a remote island in the Philippines. Last time we traveled to Manila to ship our info via DHL and will do it again as needed. What wet ink documents did you need for the Affadavit of Support Package? I'd like to get a head start on gathering these required documents as not to delay the process.

Thanks in Advance

No wet signatures or original documents are necessary related to the I-134. A signed document that is scanned, emailed, and printed works perfectly fine. I have not seen a 221(g) for an original document related to the I-134 in years, and policy was updated  to clarify that it is not necessary.

Yea, and if you actually read, the memorandum specifically calls out I-864 as being exempt.  We are submitting I-134's.  Why take chances?  The point is its $100 and a little effort and probably a really damn good idea to make sure for the person you love.  But that's just me.  Call me crazy.

A remote island in the Philippines?  Sounds exciting.  Which one?  Where?  I'd love to explore the Philippines more but unfortunately most of my experience has been Subic Bay (3 times), Manila (2 times) and the 1 time so far that visited my lady in Laguna province.  One thing I learned is your definitely want yourself a nice country girl like I have.  So far anything that I have seen that is not-Manila or not-Subic Bay, I have really loved.  Someday I hope we can see more together.

Crazy, I guess. It would be a first in years among hundreds of thousands of visas issued.

Yeah, technically that doesn't mention the I-134. Also technically, the I-134 is not required (it's only a tool for the CO) and is not enforceable. So what does a signature even mean on it? It has no legal weight already.

Cyberfx1024 We live on Mindoro and there are no bonafide DHL offices here. Here a few shops claim to have DHL as an add on service but one

are no more than sari sari stores I cannot trust to properly handle documents of this nature.

The title explains it all. I'm a soldier that is excessively busy and have had barely any time to work on my fiance's visa. I've heard about RapidVisa but never anything in-depth. Has anyone here used them?

My friend paid them $500 and got an RFE (request for evidence). He didn't include enough evidence and they told him he that had enough. They were wrong. He is still waiting for approval from USCIS after 1 year. I used this site and did not get an RFE. I was approved by USCIS within 5 months.
