Had my interview June 14th 2019 and at the end of the interview I was given a paper to submit my I-134 and given back my passport. I actually gave them i-184 on the day of my interview  instead of i-134. On June 17 I dropped the requested documents at the DHL office. On June 24 I got an email to submit IRS Tax transcripts of my petitioner and joint sponsor. Which I did on the 26 of june. They updated my status on 27th June and July 29th, After sending several emails to the embassy. I was mailed Sept. 12 ( content of the mail was that firstly  my sponsors page 8 of the I- 134 contradict the terms of the affidavit of support form - see page 5 of the form and uscis.gov for specific details, secondly my joint sponsors are required to submit either their most recent IRS Tax transcripts or their 1040 and w2. Which I had submitted since June 26th. Furthermore, your petition expired on July 6, 2019. If you do not submit the proper support documents and in a timely manner, then you may risk petition revocation.).

I have refill the I- 134 and send to them with the IRS Tax transcripts of my joint sponsor. On 20th sept.

All they have with them now are

1. Petitioner's I-134, I-184, 1040, 2018 irs tax transcript.

2. Joint sponsor and spouse of joint sponsor  I-134, I-184, 1040, 2018, 2017, 2016 IRS Tax transcripts, medical, birth certificate etc.

my case status was updated 24th and 27th September after submitting required documents on 20th sept.

Anyone that has been in this situation before?
