Hello Everyone!

I  just had my Naturalization interview this morning and I want to share my experience here.

I was asked 6 questions:

What is the capital of the United States?

What ocean is on the East Coast of the United States?

Name the U.S. war between the North and the South

Who was the first President?

What is one thing Benjamin Franklin is famous for?

How many justices are on the Supreme Court?

He went over my application, then he asked me the yes / no questions and that's it. He told me my application has been recommended for approval. It didn't take more than 10 minutes. Now my status changed "Oath Ceremony Will Be Schedule".

Good Luck everybody!

Just sat for my interview today and was approved. I just can't believe my journey since 2012 (since I petitioned for a fiance visa) is about to end soon!

Now just waiting for the Oath Ceremony to be scheduled.

I've updated my timeline here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xuSY_XT6-bZuCLk8_Y5EQND7g-XzZveiDQdlpZojBLg/edit#gid=0

Did you look at the general VJ timelines too?

I’m pretty sure processing has slowed down. September fillers for Charlotte were getting an interview date around 2 months (scheduled at 3 months).

Well... 3 months in and nothing yet.

I hope you're getting yours soon, I'm in Charlotte, it was estimated that my case would complete in 6 months, but I just had my interview today - which is about 3 months since I submitted.

I turned a year since I sent my package i751, remove conditions and apply for the N400 in December, fingerprints in January, what will happen now? Can you do a combo interview or can you approve without an interview the i751? can someone answer me .. thanks Happy day to all
