Hello, welcome!

I'm getting my documents ready to file ASAP.

I'm also filling based on the 3yrs marriage.

I am filing in October, 90 days prior to my completion of the 3 years of LPR. My window opens on October 15.

BTW, @amocitos41 @Beddy2015, you meant that you are filing based on 3 years of becoming a Lawful Permanent Resident while being married to a US citizen, right? The instructions for the n400 form state that "An applicant filing as the spouse of a US citizen under section 319(a) of the INA may file up to 90 days before meeting the required 3-year period of continuous residence as an LPR". A person may be married for 3 years and yet not meet the requirement.

I applied online September the 30th late evening. On one site it says that I applied October 1st but they received on September 30th 🤪. On  'my uscis' says they received on October 1st. Anyway i guess that makes me an October filer. Got the receipt notice right away and estimated completion time 10 months for Chicago. My window opened at September 14, I751 approved on September 20. We are back right into waiting I guess. 🤯
