just got an email from them about 2 minutes after posting this.  I wonder if they are listening....anyways, I have to resubmit.  So at least they reviewed it.  Yours should be soon.

I just got off the phone with them.  They are saying that I need to upload the i864 instead of the i 864ez...  this is so misinformed because I read and reread the document and it says that if I am the only sponsor with NO JOINT SPONSOR than use the i-864 ez, now they are saying to use the i 864 instead.  They also said that my husbands nigerian police certificate is not correct.  That's also funny to me because my husband is a nigeria citizen and a turkish permanent resident.  (The nigerian police certificate was uploaded correctly but the turkish police certificate was uploaded as a screen shot only but the turkish one was accepted)  they are sooooo backwards.  I told her this and she said just to upload it again🙄 She said to try tomorrow because the system is down.  

Okay this makes me nervous, because I also submitted the 864EZ. I am only sponsor and he is only beneficiary and I’m based on my current employment income. Please don’t tell me they are going to make us complete the NEW 864? 🤯

Oh God.  She said I 864.  Is there a new I864??? and what is the difference?  I'm soo fed up!!  If there is a new I-864 I wonder what is added.  I asked her if I needed a joint sponsor, she said no so at least I don't need a joint sponsor but if I don't need a joint sponsor than why not use the I864ez like it says.

Girl I wish you would’ve asked me. The website is so confusing. Yes if it’s just you and even if you had a sponsor do long as it’s not a family meneber you can use the I864. Wish us luck regardless

No cause for alarm. There isn’t a new form yet. Just submit the 864

Been lurking here, but wanted to update the thread that i got DQ today. Submitted 4-Sept (only submission)😃

Oh god...I can see this taking longer than I thought it would. It’s going to go into next year...ugh!!!! Good that you don’t need joint sponsor and still don’t understand why you couldn’t go with the 864EZ? I will let you know what happens with mine.

Because there would’ve been but things have been changed since then. Uscis would give you the form needed regardless so just relax

There was a new version that was supposed to go in to affect on 10/15. Check the USCIS website, there's an update at the top.  The new new 10/15 form was available on the USCIS site for a short time.
