@JMPMhello sir

need some help

For a sponsor do they consider current individual income or 2018 taxable income.

My husband has a household of 8. his current individual income is $56000 and his taxable income in 2018 was $45000apprx.

They primarily consider your spouse's current income (you must include 2019 pay stubs for the past 6 months to substantiate that) AND 2018 total income shown on your spouse's 1040 form. I could be (and I hope I'm) wrong, but with a household size of 8, I think your spouse's current income is really borderline, hence, you guys may be better off with a SOLID joint-sponsor in addition to your spouse, of course. Best of luck!

I feel like being a conspiracy theorist and saying they did this on purpose so people wouldn’t be able to submit on the weekend before the 15th 😛 However, I am not going to say that 😛.

You just did lol :)

Anyone got DQ this morning?

Nope going on week 5 of my re-submission on Sept 10th. My original submission was August 6th. RFE for one document that got rejected because I didn’t realize my joint sponsor’s w-2 was attached to his tax transcript PDF.

Getting impatient.

First was July. They reviews September. Submitted sept 5th so this is the 6th week for me. Christmas is a slow time for government agencies then thanksgiving is coming up so I hope not to get caught in all of that

It's so annoying :( how long can there really be maintenance work on the website? I have been trying to upload documents since Friday.

Hey!

I just got an email from the NVC saying the status of my case has been updated. I logged on and it says all the documents are accepted but nothing says "Case Complete" or "Document Qualified." Do you know what this means? Thanks for your help.
