It's understandable for an array of thoughts to go through your mind especially

when you have little or no answer to pertinent questions.

 

I've realized in this immigration process that anything can happen.

We just have to go with the flow.

We finally managed to submit all our documents yesterday10 /10  the site was disconnecting regularly but with Mozilla Firefox it worked much better!  by saving regularly we finally managed to complete the downloads.  Thanks for your help !!

I didn’t receive a mail confirming that I submitted documents . I have just the confirmation with the barcode that you print after submission of the DS-260

Hello, I have some questions that I think a few of you may be able to answer for me.

I am at the NVC stage and have been gathering documents for submission, can anyone confirm if I have this all right?

I have been unemployed for the past 2 years and I am using my father to sponsor my wife. 
 

- Form I-864

- Form I-864A

- Explanation for not filing taxes

- IRS Transcript of Sponsor for past 3 years

- W2 Form of Sponsor for past 3 years

- Employment letter of Sponsor

- Birth Certificate photocopy of petitioner proving relationship to Sponsor

- Birth Certificate photocopy of Beneficiary

- Photocopy of marriage certificate

- Photocopy of beneficiaries passport biometric data page

- Photocopy of police certificate

- Passport size photo of beneficiary

 

Now I don’t want to get anything wrong, am I correct that all photocopy documents must be in portrait? 
 

Also, do I need to send photocopies of the back of any of my documents even if it’s blank? 
 

If somebody can take a look at the list of documents and confirm I have it all and not missing anything that would be amazing. Can never be too careful! Really trying to avoid any delays in my case. Thank you all in advance!

Was under the impression that I didn’t need proof of domicile unless the mailing address was outside the US? Correct me if I’m wrong. Should I upload it just in case?

Where in heavens name do I go to check what dates NVC is working on to review documents submitted? I’m at my wits end looking. Original submission 9/18....losing my mind again...🤯🥴
