We finally managed to submit all our documents yesterday10 /10  the site was disconnecting regularly but with Mozilla Firefox it worked much better!  by saving regularly we finally managed to complete the downloads.  Thanks for your help !!

Nothing yet...Still waiting. It seems like that the beneficiary's country is also a factor at NVC stage for them to approve the documents. I have seen people who got approved VERY quickly from different countries while people from India are waiting longer. I know @Rupi 's case took long time to get approved while @Sam17 (Sep 10) and me (Sep 13) from India are still waiting. I know this may not be true...but just an observation.

but mine may got. approved in 2 days if i uploaded passport correctly
