Check your letter from NVC to see if it actually says online processing available for you... there are three ways of processing documents... and it depends on the prefix as outlined on your welcome letter from NVC...

Everyone has to fill the DS-260 form online regardless of the processing method.

try tomorrow ..... this should not happen.

I never faced this problem

She abandoned yesterday and had to wait to continue today.
Still no change.
I don't think abandoning again today will be a good idea.
There certainly should be a way out.
But from every indication, she's into some uncharted waters.

Hi everybody,  for social media indentifiers- do we have to give link to our actual social media pages or the profile name? Secondly, i have got different answers for this question- everytime i have asked it-  i was born in Pakistan- and I am also a candian citizen- For country/regionof origin question on DS 260 should i write Pakistan or Canada? I want to use my Canada's passport to have VISA on it.  It also says '' enter the information that you will be using when traveling to the united states''

To answer the social media question, all they need is the name of the site and your handle.

No links as far as I can tell as you can be searched and seen using your handle alone.

Safari, google , google chrome , Mozilla Firefox .. nothing work . I am desperate

Can you ask your spouse to fill it out for you instead.

That's still an option.

As for the citizenship question, I think since you want to use your Canadian passport, that automatically cancels anything Pakistan as you are a Canadian now

and your visa will be issued based on your Canadian passport and information.

For example, asylum seekers have no business with where they were born as soon as they obtain citizenship from another country.

That's just my thought.

I don’t understand how some people get DQ only one day later after submitting...there has to be a specific reason, it can’t just be random selection. Maybe those cases are super basic compared to others? I don’t know, just trying to figure it out, which I’m sure I never will. 🤯

I guess leaving people in limbo is part of their modus operandi so that no one will ever figure them out clear enough to beat the system.

What do I know!

Thanks for teaching me a new term "modus operandi"

I just hope and pray we all get through this quickly and smoothly.
