Ok thank you.. we wanted to change.

The Mumbai embassy doesn't want to listen to my congressman.  I had medical reason and a danger I'm facing in India.  They couldn't care less whether we are on the streets.  They don't care for their citizens abroad also. We can get raped, beaten up.  They really don't care.  My husband and me had to run from our home last week due to a threat we faced with some gang members.  They threatend to beat me.  They told my husband.  They said I was American trash and those kind of people don't belong to India.  We ran from our home, boarded a bus and went to Delhi. Mumbai didn't care.

So I have no choice but to leave India and my husband also.  He is working on getting some work permit for Trinidad.. that's what I was told by nvc. Some worker permit.  Still don't know.

Unless we just stick it out right here in India but move to some city, like Mumbai and spend our time.  But I can't stay in the Uttar Pradesh area. So dangerous.  And police in India do Not care. (Period)

Reading your message sent chills down my spine.

Please be safe...stay safe!

That's the least you can do 🙏

Hello everyone !
On the CEAC website our status is now “paid” but I am becoming crazy ..

the website is cutting all the time and even if I save everything at each time when we reconnect we have to do everything again .

3 times in one hour .

2 pages done in one hour ...

they really want us to get crazy or what ?🤬

Been at NVC since May 20?

That's such a long time

Is there any particular reason for the hold up?

honestly, we hired a lawyer who turned out to know less than we do. He had to resubmit 3 times because of silly mistakes. And then tells me, on August 30, that our case is complete and now we just wait for interview. Gave me all my original documents back to mail to my husband for interview. When people with case complete date after us started to get interview letters for our embassy I got a bad feeling, called NVC and lovely lady there told me that our case is not complete and that they have requested three documents on july 23 and our lawyer submitted one, but not the other 2. I am guessing when he saw accepted and complete on the front page he assumed we were done. Not realizing we are still missing two documents (my divorce decrees). I don't know if he didn't read the messages on there or something? I haven't talked to the lawyer, I just uploaded the documents myself. I am still so angry with him that I can't talk to him without being nasty.

It happened to me too. Kicked me out multiple times during the process and I had to refill her education stuff 3-4 times. I would recommend to save it every page before going on to the next one.

Hi guys, i am confused about I-864 do we have to upload the sponsor and joint sponsor form online or do we have to send them?

Waiting for one re-submission to be reviewed as well though my wait hasn't been as long as yours - Sep 25th

From what I've seen here, it obviously takes long (and in some cases longer) for re-submissions to be reviewed.

The load can seem heavy to bear sometimes, but all we need do is summon enough courage to keep pushing.

Our spouses are worth every inch of the pain.

Good news is certainly on the way!

I would be angry myself...

Truth be told, no one can actually put in the work and time that is required in the process

more than us who are directly involved.

I hope and pray your heart's desires be granted in the nearest future.

Before you know it, the wait will be over and one perfect day, you all will be re-united to part no more!

I had to stop and try it next day (in 6 hours). Also, chrome seems to be best option. Nothing else is stable enough.
