If anyone else is still waiting on a case number, it looks like it sped up quite a bit!

Current case creation time frame: As of 7-OCT-2019, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 11-SEP-2019.

Our case was received on the 13th, so hopefully only a few more days until we get our case number! Is there any point in calling for it, or are they pretty on top of sending out the emails now?

I am not a lawyer and nothing I say is or should be taken as legal advice.

I don't think so ..... because when you have a working email you will get the case number as soon as they enter it into their system

I did as well. My joint sponsor needed to provide proof of domicile. We supplied a driver's license and it was accepted. However, we also uploaded an employment verification letter and most recent pay stub. We uploaded the supplemental documents more for financial proof vs proof of domicile. The driver's license was accepted under proof of domicile, regardless.

Proof of domicile If you completed Form I-864, I-864A, or I-864EZ and your mailing address and/or place of residence is not in the United States, but your country of domicile isthe United States, write an explanation and provide documentary evidence indicating how you meet the domicile requirement. Review our FAQs to learn more about domicile.

Now, it says accepted! strange.

YOUR DOCS ACCEPTED WITH DRIVER LICENSE PROOF OF DOMICILE??

the proof of domicile is accepted. I have a joint sponsor. He is my father in law. My wife is living with her father.  Since they have the same adress, NVC wants me to upload I-864a instead of I-864 for joint sponsor.
