Hi!

My wife and I are not yet done with getting all of our docs for financial evidence, but are hoping to be able to submit everything by Monday or Tuesday. I can see that a lot of people are getting reviewed quickly right now, within 3 days. Is this just a current trend, you think? How long do people generally wait for review?

I am also curious to see what your ideas are about the new regulations being implemented on October 15 and how this could possibly affect those of us in the NVC process. If my wife and I, for example, submit our docs now, will we be affected by the policy changes during the time our docs are being reviewed, if they are still under review after October 15?

I would like an answer to both those queries as well!

It will not affect you if you submit before October 15. Pending cases are not affected by the new law, only the old law. If you got back to the September thread, we have discussed this.

It asks for the type of social media platform (facebook, instagram, etc.) in a scroll down menu, then you write what name your profile is under in the space provided. You can add multiple and you need to supply them with all the profiles you have had on social media within the past 5 years (on the applicable platforms they have available in the menu.)

I did not supply links.

Sorry if I sound lazy here, but is it possible for you to point me to the page where this is being discussed in the September thread?

the thread is 59 pages long and it is proving difficult to search.

Ours changed to "paid" within three working days of payment

After that we started uploading
