my passport got rejected due to orientation ....not yet got reviewed

you need to upload police certificate at nvc stage and had to carry the original to interview

upload documents carefully check them twice ...no cut corners , right side up and documents should be clear. 

you will get reviewed in few days with DQ

I am still filling out forms, have to do them.  So after you submit DS 260 you have to submit the civil documents?

yes... after submitting ds 260 you can immediately upload AOS and civil documents

What is AOS? I am not doing adjustment of status- I am doing outside the USA
