Just took a look at the spreadsheet.

My IL came on Oct 24 and not 25

Just did the little modification.

Keep doing the good work!

Congrats dear friend 💐☘️

I'm praying for us to be DQ.

But we're probably going to change embassy.  The new embassy actually writes replies to us whenever we write them

Can someone help me understand the NVC.

I have corrected a simple error on CEAC online submission after two documents were said to have some uploading error (everything else was accepted). I was wondering if anyone could provide me a timeline of when the NVC will look at the corrected documents again? Will I have to another 7-8 weeks or since they started on October 31, will they look at the corrections  in the near future.

I appreciate any help or clarification you can provide.

Congratulations. I have added both IR1 and IR2 to the spreadsheet.

Please everyone read the 1st post and please complete the form to be added to the spreadsheet and or be updated. Also please keep your timelines updated. This is how we get our stats for processing.

Those with spouse + children’s visas, how did you get cc’d, on the same date? And IL’d, on the same date? If not, what did you do to “align” the two petitions?

My husband’s CR-1 was cc’d on 10/1, while my stepson’s CR-2 was not even looked at. Status still “submitted”.

Even though I submitted for my stepson’s two days earlier than for my husband’s.

Now I see two cases for same Embassy (Paris) with later cc date got their IL, while for us still no good news.

Does it make sense to do an expedite with NVC? What should I do?

They were all cc'd at different times. Then child was given interview first. I waited a couple days to see if they would align then I Had to send an email to NVC expedite to request interview for same date.

They responded a couple hours later. Same date and time.

I would wait for at least the interview for one to be set then request alignment.

Appreciate you @naz94 That was very nice of you. My wife did her medical and all she got is a receipt. They told her take that receipt with her when she is going for the interview. I am kind of worried now. However, I am very happy for you and you husband :)

So for my husband they gave him the receipt and told him verbally to come back later to pick up the medical CD and report but also on the receipt itself said come back in 10 days to pick up documents and CD. She can always call the medical office and ask them herself if she is supposed to come pickup or will it be sent to the embassy by them.

also you asked another question that I didn’t see. My husband took about 100-150 photos to his interview. Some where photos and some were fb posts on our fb timeline that I screenshot and he just printed it like a photo. He said they saw all the pictures at a quick glance.

Words alone can't quantify how elated I was when I read the news.

By certain standards, you might say it came a little late, but then, like they say "Better late than never".

Seize the occasion and make it great.

Felicitations Twin!!!!

Yeah, we are so happy right now. I haven't seen my wife smile like yesterday for a long time. Thank you for your support.
