Oh no! I guess my question wasn't clear. My bad! The latest cc date upto which NVC has sent out IL in September?

Lol, I’m just not awake. They missed half of May (15-31) and cleared out June 1-July 1

Couldn't quote from the last thread, but @Parcaran, have you heard anything further about late May? We're still sitting here at May 16 case complete. We've been emailing with our local Representative and they've been able to do nothing but send us inquiries on our behalf, which has been the same message every month.

I think your interview is coming up soon. Good luck! Hope you will be able to sign off this board here soon.

Nothing yet. Some people reached out to Senators and got copy paste answers about “you’re in line” “everything is running accordingly “... we’re hopeful that next Thursday they’ll push rest of May through.

I am really hoping for May and July to be squeezed in October ILs. Two years is a long time. I have aged through this process :/

I have a query on Expediting. I know MUM doesn't entertain those much. Nevertheless, even if one does try to expedite, does that change your CC date in anyway? Will your order of wait will be affected in anyway?

Hi Ammy, no it does not affect you in any way. They just advise that you're still in line for IL

My husband had his interview today , and the CO ask him to do DNA on our 2 and third child , and ask for facebook message before 2014 ( we provide chat log on facebook for 2014, 2015,2016,2017,2018,2019), I am just gonna write a letter and explain that my husband first start facebook on 2014, so there is no way to have chat log before 2014. Good luck everyone

My husband's request to expedite his interview date has been accepted today! I sent a request on October 1st, got the email of the case being under review yesterday October 2nd, and today at 12:50 October 3rd got the email that our case is immediately being sent to the Us embassy in Guatemala.

I can't believe how fast that was!

Congrats. I am waiting for a response. I received the under review e-mail today. Hoping for a positive answer tomorrow.

Did you get DQ before the expedite results?

Yes. I got DQ on 9/30/2019, so I'm guessing this expedite won't be to difficult on the embassy. I sent the request for expedite on October 1st. We are only waiting for the interview for my husband.

I am pregnant and need have a scheduled C-section in March. I'm high risk since I just had a baby in January who was also a C-section. I sent them proof and I guess they were considerate that I need my husband back home as soon as possible.

He is currently here but has an approved i-601a waiver for being here unlawfully.
