Did they give him the medical report back? like the x-ray copy? 
     After his medical was done, the clinic staff told him to come back in 10 days to pick up his medical report and the X-ray CD. During his interview the employees just ask to see it and gave it right back. 

When he is going to get his Yellow Package? 
     When the beneficiary picks up passport. But for Bangladesh they are sending the yellow package (says do not open) electronically. His passport has an annotation that says “IV docs in CCD” so It’s already sent electronically and customs officer can pull it up at POE. 

Did they keep his original documents with them or just gave it back to him?

     They just asked him to have the original documents and his passport in his hand when he first entered. They just saw it and returned it back to him.

Did they ask for the medical examination receipts?

     They just check to see if he had it and so hubby showed it to them and gave it right back to him. 

Appreciate you @naz94 That was very nice of you. My wife did her medical and all she got is a receipt. They told her take that receipt with her when she is going for the interview. I am kind of worried now. However, I am very happy for you and you husband

That "A" number also appeared at the end of my letter.

Hi Everyone. For someone who had multiple family members and only one got the IL, did you have to call NVC or just send an email to NVC expedite to get the other ILs for the same day?

I had same situation, I received IL only for my mother initially but after 14 hours I received for my father for same time and date.

Got the Interview Letter today October 24th.

The Embassy needs me November 20th.

Case Complete October 9th.

 

Never thought this day will come so soon.

But we're all thankful and looking forward to get this whole process over with once and for all.

Saw a couple people here waiting for interview letters for France--hoping your letter comes very soon!

My husband is from Portugal, but they conduct K1 and CR1 visa interviews at the embassy in Paris. We were dq on 10/8 and just got our interview letter today. 

 

Fingers crossed all goes well. So happy to see other people getting their ILs too 😁

No I was not saying it wasn't an A# was remarking on the comment about green cards made in advance. It very well could be the A#
Until you go through Immigration at POE nothing happens regardless if you paid before you left your country or not.
Once you are processed through the CBP checks you in and now the green card can be activated. If already paid for the process starts otherwise until it's paid it sits  in wait.
On the Visa the A# is the Registration Number 8 digits.
