You're correct the body of the email you've posted above doesn't make mention of cc or dq, however, the subject of the email mentions 'documetarily qualified'.

When you get the interview letter the status will change to in transit. Happened to me today

Mine still says "at NVC". However, what I've noticed is this particular "status check" webpage is ALWAYS behind!

It will say "IN TRANSIT" when you check it. not inside ceac, but the check visa status. where you just enter your case number and captcha 

If you expedited. It will not say you got an interview letter but you will say they sent the case over in an email. You schedule your appointment when it says "READY"

It wasn't behind for me. I was checking every 10 mins since I got home 8PM Washington DC time, which is 8AM Manila. It went from In Transit to Ready around 9PM. We waited for 1030 to verify with the embassy, my wife called. I was on video chat while she called on another phone on speaker, and the guy was like 'yea whenever you're ready make the appointment, and print out the confirmation and take that to your medical"

Now she's on her way. She's going to do Day 1 on Friday, and Day 2 on Monday and Tuesday interview. She will stay in Manila til it's issued.

My husband received his passport with the visa today! Only 2 days after the interview which is quite impressive as we were expecting the receive the passport some time next week.  

How long  has it taken others out there?

Had my interview at Dhaka consulate this morning. Appointment was scheduled for 8AM. The entire process lasted about two hours including wait times. The actual interview itself lasted for about 45 seconds. I sort of get the impression that the decision had been made and they only wanted to hear some of the info coming straight from the source aka the beneficiary. A very casual, almost boring conversation.

 

The CO only looked at my original civil docs and the wedding photos.

 

How are you? So you've been to the US before?

Answered.

 

What's your wife's full name?

Answered.

 

Where does she live? And what does she do?

Answered.

Presented an album. Looked through all of the pictures.

 

Where did you go on your honeymoon?

Answered. CO: Oh, thought I'd recognised the place! Smart choice, sir!

 

Again, CO asks: Where does she live?

Answered.

 

A few more seconds of typing later, ''CONGRATS, YOUR VISA IS APPROVED''.

Got home to check the CEAC status change to issued by 12 noon, with ustraveldocs stating ''Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery''.

I know 2 people got ILs after me for the beginning of May! 

But didn't hear about more ILs for May!
