Congratulations I have added you to the spreadsheet. Usually about 2 months after Case Complete you are schedule. Probably a December or January date for you.

Do you by any chance know if that also applies for Yaounde, Cameroon?

Anything for mumbai

Did you finally find safety after the scare?

Are you still considering Trinidad and Tobago for the interview?

Yes friend. Thank you for asking. We came back to where we usually stay.  But in Uttar Pradesh state in India is so corrupted. The police does not care also if we have a complain.

Yes.  We are already about to book our tickets for Trinidad and tobago for leaving this month end.  My mother's side family told us come, they have place.  So I'm happy by that. I called Nvc, so I'll have to transfer the case. They said I need a work permit for my spouse. One lady even said I can just go to the embassy in that country and request, but that doesn't sound right.

Sometimes the world seems so simple, and yet so complicated at the same time.

Don't let the behaviour of others disturb your inner peace.

Just look out for you and yours.

Good thing you have family that cares.

Make the most of it.

I can imagine having to transfer might add some more time to your wait but I guess it's all for a viable reason.

Have never heard an embassy provides work permits. But if she knows what she's saying, then there's no harm trying.

Hope all pans out for you.

Keep the faith!

Is your husband a Trinidadian? How does that work permit allow this to work? Wouldn’t he have to actually be working and residing in Trinidad for some time in order to qualify? I’m Trinidadian and I live here so this is interesting.

I KNEW THERE WAS SOMEONE ELSE I WANTED TO TAG BUT I FORGOT WHO! 😂 ty for tagging them.

I was totally surprised when those girls told me they got IL so early in the month. I was thinking they would get it starting Monday. And they really picked up their slack. scheduling those DQ from probably June 16-July for Interviews at the end of this month and end of July DQ for next month interview. So maybe they might still be scheduling for next month for August DQ. With all that happened this past summer I wouldn’t be surprised.

Great, where did you find out about those girls IL? FB? Also, let us know if you find out anything about anyone's case in August.

He is not Trinidadian... But he will get his work permit there.

I'm USC but my birth certificate is Trinidad.  I was naturalized many year ago.

Only a work permit I believe.. I have to send to Nvc

Nice to know you're from there also!

Yes there is a fb group for spousal visas/k1 visas. We were all waiting for IL and one girl decided to create a group chat with me and 3 other girls. So we updated one another. Haven’t talked with anyone else except ppl from this website. I’ll see if anyone else got anything and update you.

month yet like 14 or 15. which category is that? May be they have started to send IL from starting this week. If July 31 has received it, I am close. Mine is August 6th. Looks like I might receive interview date in December. Thanks again
