N-652: BOTH "Recommended for approval" and "USCIS will send you a written decision" were checked

Hello guys, I just had my N-400 interview today. It went smoothly and at the end of the interview, I was given N-652 which mentioned the Interview result as usual. There are 3 boxed that were checked:

1. You passed the tests of English and U.S. history and government.

2. A) Congratulations! Your application is recommended for approval.

3.  USCIS will send you a written decision about your application.

I feel a little bit worried because I saw some others' N-652s and they only have "passed the tests" and "recommended for approval" those 2 boxes checked. I do not understand why the "USCIS will send you a written decision about your application" was checked as well. If recommended for approval, I should receive an oath letter, but why a written decision? Anyone has similar experience before? Any inputs are appreciated. Thanks.

Just check your myUSCIS account to see if your status has changed to 'We approved your application.'

Did the IO tell you that you've been recommended for approval?

Thanks, my online status is still “interview was scheduled”, seems like I need to give them some time to update.

The IO told me I was recommended for approval and I should wait for oath. It’s just that box was checked makes me feel a little bit worried. But I’ll wait for few days and I’ll update this post if anything changes

Filed: Timeline

typically status update should show first 'you attended your interview' and then 'we approved...'.

I'm sorry to say that the stress (at least for me anyway) wouldn't be over until you get the naturalization certificate back from passport application.

please keep us updated!

Update: Online status changed to “Oath Ceremony will be scheduled”
