Question about initial interview

Hi

I have just had notification of an initial interview for my AOS. Is this the only interview you have and do you get your answer, typically, at this interview?

Just curious any any answers are appreciated!

Our Second Anniversary

I want to succeed in America where, unlike Britain, they do not regard ambition as being the same as eating babies.

The National Rifle Association says that, "Guns don't kill people, people do," but I think the gun helps, you know? I just think just standing there going, "Bang!" That's not going to kill too many people, is it? You'd have to have a really dodgy heart to have that happen.

There's a huge hole in the whole Flood drama, because anything that could float or swim got away scot-free, and it was the idea to wipe out everything, He didn't say, "I will kill everything, except the floating ones and the swimming ones, who will get out due to a loophole."

They can interview you more than once if they feel it is necessary but most people only get one interview.... good luck with yours....

As Kez said, most people have only one interview. There might be a second interview if the immigration officer suspects fraud. If you get approved at the interview or not also depends on the fbi namecheck...if the fbi namecheck has been completed and the immigration officer doesn't see the need for a 2nd interview then you will most likely get approved and the officer will let you know. Good luck

As Kez said, most people have only one interview. There might be a second interview if the immigration officer suspects fraud. If you get approved at the interview or not also depends on the fbi namecheck...if the fbi namecheck has been completed and the immigration officer doesn't see the need for a 2nd interview then you will most likely get approved and the officer will let you know. Yikes seems like I know nothing lol. Wouldn't they already have done an FBI name check? I came on a K3 visa nearly 2 years ago and already have the permanent residency visa approved from when I applied from the UK (I 130). Surely they have done all the necessary checks?
