If your prior medicals were 6 months ago then yes you need them again.  You send them through the accepted courier service you can find on the website.

This is good news it means you are closer to visa in hand.  Good luck to you!

Hey,

You would need to send back the required information with the same courier you initially submitted application. Create a cover letter with you case number and attach a  copy of the letter/email you received for reference. so;

a. first get the new medical done.. one down, get the sealed results..

b. go online and fill in the new application for DS260 as it states. it will ask you to upload your picture as well. Remember, even though you are immigrating to US, the DS-260 (application for Non-Immigrant Visa) must be filled. after filling in, you will get a confirmation barcode. Print a copy, keep one with you and send other with the medical file/results + Cover letter + copy of the letter/communication you received via the courier. make sure you mention your Case Number on the cover letter.

They will schedule you for an interview -- and a visa will be issued then within 14 days..
