Do I need to write about the denial of initial application in the cover letter?

No

Or does Uscis check it if I-94 expired?

Does not matter.   Many people file AOS after the 90 days has expired.

Time to move past this.

You can file without the medical: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-b-chapter-4 "Applicants may submit the Form I-693 medical examination report to USCIS: Concurrently with the immigration benefit application; or At any time after filing the immigration benefit application but before USCIS finalizes adjudication of that application. If not submitted simultaneously with the immigration benefit application, applicants may bring the medical examination report to an interview or wait until USCIS issues an RFE requesting the medical examination report."

Thank you. I heard that you can submit at interview but im still worried because one of my friend’s application was denied because they moved but they didn’t submit with new address. They reported the change by phone and no instructions to submit new documents for that. They are now really messy since with new system. And people there are really rude and lazy for their job.... ;(

sorry for complaining..

If your friend didn't submit the AR-11 to reflect the new address, it's likely they were denied due to not receiving a RFE (and then not responding to it), or not receiving an interview letter (and then not showing up for the interview).  Either way, explains the denial if USCIS had no idea the applicant had moved and the new address to send notices to.  Doubtful USCIS can be blamed for not knowing the person moved, if the person didn't properly report it.

If you need it in the future, the instructions on how to report a change of address is on the USCIS website:  https://www.uscis.gov/addresschange

Oh I didn’t know the form. They said told change address on the phone, but needed the form or report online at least. Their interview had scheduled before the denial, just feel so bad for them.

Thank you for clarifying that.

Comparing your medical checkup and your friend failed to let USCIS know they moved and has new address is not apple to apple. You seem to be confused and overwhelmed. You better ask your husband to join VJ and learn the AOS guideline so you can come back to ask more questions with basic understanding. If he refuses to do so, like I said: this is more than just immigration problem. This seems to be marital problem. @Minori, I wish you good luck!

Yes, its different things but I have been handled badly by USCIS so far, just cant trust them...

Even when I asked about my case in April (after denied in Feb), they said "its still processing" ...

and in August, every time I called, the people said different like "still processing" and "all of your case was denied "... even Tier2.

I sent this thread and also others to mu husband, he never look into since we were working on K1.

You need an ally. For most people in your situation, it would be their spouse. For you, or can be someone at the local immigrant legal resources center, a lawyer, or other trusted resource.

Please find someone you trust to review your documents before sending them.

I'm now entering I485, I have a question.

should I check 'NO' on this question #15? This VISA means VISA, not AoS,  right?

The answer is right on the form.

Have you ever been denied a visa? Your answer is probably no since you came on a K1.

NO, okay, thank you!

now I'm entering I485 for my son, parents information should be me and my huband (step father)?

or son's biological father?

Thing is, you're asking us to provide you with answers to questions only you would know the true information to.

This is why some members in this thread are suggesting you consult with a professional to discuss your personal circumstances when it comes to answering certain questions on the forms (doesn't have to be paid, there are free immigration services), or have someone look it over in the end.

No one here but you would know the correct answers to the questions 14-18 on the form section you pasted above.

What did you put the first time you filed the i-485?  Just curious, as you're asking this question as though you haven't already filled in this part when doing the previous application?
