So I’ve started See all this I-129F applications people are doing, what is that?

That looks like a proper way of cheating your way forward.. when other people have been and are still waiting for a year now. And see other people getting the I-130 approved in 4 months. Such a corrupt system...

Like how can this even be accepted and done by USCIS? If they are so blind of not seeing what actually is happening by doing it I’m getting afraid..

It is not a cheat. There were only a few that was successful with this. A few out of literally hundreds of thousands of cases.

Now it does not seem to do anything. More people are trying it and it does not seem to be moving their case forward.

The info about this being a cheat around was probably started on social media. Things are how they have always been.

Yea imagine all the people that file without reading any social media, forums, or the clueless lawyers that file on behalf of their clients.

If you're cool waiting in line telling your spouse you can't do anything to speed the process up but I think most people will do whatever it takes to be with their spouse sooner.

If you have issues with how the system works go complain to your congressional leaders, writing to journalists, or anything to change the mismanagement.

It seems like a new batch of approvals got their petitions looked at recently in the Nebraska part 5 thread. There's even one got an rfe for his i-130 then got approved after submitting what they requested.

What hasn't been observed is an IOE petition get speedy service after k-3 filing. So those that filed after mid/late June maybe out of luck or they might not be getting those touched due to issues with IOE petitions. Some are still in limbo from the pilot program that nvc hasn't gotten their case after approval.
