How long between interview and approval?

Planning on staying in Montreal after my interview and waiting for my approval there. Really trying to avoid traveling back to the west coast. 

 

I have paid paid the additional fee for tracking. 

 

Trying to work out the logistics as far as flights and accommodations go 

 

thanks everyone for your advice and suggestions.

Generally you will leave the interview knowing that you are approved.  My fiancee had her interview in Turkey on Monday and she knew she was approved before she left.  She had her passport back on friday.
