Aha i see now , so sh can apply for the petition cause we are aready see each other for 1 month and you suggest that she come back before the interview phase ? and with that while the interview i need to show to the CO evidences of her second coming to Tunisia , did she can assist with me in the Interview ,?

It's your interview not hers.  She most likely not even be allowed in the building even if she is there

YMMV

Face time,  face time,  face time.   You show evidence of  her second coming,  her third coming,  or even her fourth coming.

YMMV

two times before the interview is enough ?

The more times (frequency) and time (length of stay) the more probability of success you can have.

She can file now.  She has meet the USCIS 1 meeting requirement.

Hello , can you tell me what exactly my fiancé should send to me before the interview ( The US embassy requirement ?

No, because it varies by embassy.  The embassy will give you a list.  When is your interview?

Yes. In our case, the packet 3 list was emailed to the USC petitioner.  Not sure about your consulate.

After the USCIS approves, the consulate will send you a list.   You need to be patient in this process.  There is very little you can control.

She needs to file the petition.   She needs to open a free account here.

You will be involved with at the consulate stage.
