We're about to file AOS at the Dallas office with the DORA program. Is there anyone else in the DFW area who has recently done this and can help me figure out how much I need to be paying? Ive done a bit of digging around the forum, but Im still having trouble finding the right info. We're not filing for the EAD or travel waiver, just the I-485, fingerprints, and the G-325A. Ive heard conflicting info on whether or not we actually have to file the G-325A at all. Do my husband and I both fill out the G-325A? If so, do we pay the $70.00 fee for each one, or both? Or is this form not required at all? The fee sheet they included is very confusing. Any info from DORA folks is greatly appreciated.

$395 (Includes the $70 biometrics fee) now, and $1010 after July 29 to file form I-485

I would not deviate from the normal documentation procedure on someones say, and have a G-325A prepared. Only the NON US-Citizen needs to fill out the G-325A. And just the NON-Citizen is doing biometrics so pays the $70 fee

yassmine,

The G-325A is a supporting document for the I-485, not a stand-alone filing, and there is no fee associated with it. Read the I-485 instructions to find out what is required.

I went through DORA in Oklahoma City and they make the US citizen also fill out a G325A, but only one copy as with the immigrant we need to fill out the four copies. Also in Oklahoma City with DORA they required 2 passport pictures of my hubby (the USC). These things are not mentioned in the instructions. Are there any Dallas DORA couples out there that also had to do this or is it just an Oklahoma City thing?
