Hi guys i just want to ask if this adjudicated is accurate ?

20200218_153032.jpg

Depends what you mean by accurate.

VJ estimates are based on average processing times reported by VJ users; they're an accurate representation of that. And VJ users are a large enough portion of all K-1 applicants that VJ averages are unlikely to be significantly different from reality (though they'll tend to be longer than reality when processing times are going down and shorter than reality when processing times are going up).

However, they're based averages. Some cases are faster than average, some are slower, and a small number of cases are very much slower. To give an example based on the month I filed... some (early) May 2018 cases were approved by October. We (from late May) were approved in November a week or two ahead of our VJ estimated date (processing times were going down from the really long processing times of mid-2017 to mid-2018 then). Almost all cases from May 2018 without an RFE were done by December 2018... but there's at least one case I know of that wasn't approved until March 2019.

Day #120

When I called and spoke to a Tier 2 Officer last week, she said no one has looked at our case since October 30th.

At day 120 is when I started getting ansy and told myself to just let it be and day 125 I had my approval. It’ll be here before you know it ❤️

I'm so happy for those of you who have received their NOA2 so far this month...  I am still waiting even though the app says that we were approved January 29th - 18 days ago???

Have you tried calling the USCIS?

I haven't called, but I did email and this is the response I received:

"The status of this service request is:

On 02/13/2020, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I129F to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

The processing of your I129F is within our current processing time. Please see our Web site at www.uscis.gov for processing times.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience."

In other words - sit down and shut up until we notify you...

Do you count your days from when they receive it or NOA1 date ?

Basically that is correct. It's something I preach but no one listens so I stopped preaching and now I let the sinners sin. :P

Calling USCIS when your case is still within normal processing times will garner a reply not to call them unless you are outside normal processing times. I've seen it this way for over 6 years. But people being people think that if they call they are going to get an answer.

I understand and appreciate the efforts you do to assist in everyone's journey!  I also understand that people may seem to ignore your advice in hopes to be "the lucky ones" - but it still doesn't take the "sting" out of the results.

I hope that EVERYONE who's waiting (especially those who are watching the clock ticking by as those who applied AFTER I did get approved BEFORE I am) get a positive resolution!

You were married this past Friday ? I thought you’d have to get married during the 90 day window once your fiancé steps on this land?
