@msrodriguez ouch that’s some tough news to get, i’m sorry and i hope your approval comes soon!

I realized that today is exactly 4 months from our noa1 and according to the vj estimates we should get our noa2 anytime now, so fingers crossed:) getting past that 120 days mark is starting to get me a little anxious but what can you do! Just sit back and trust in the process:)

Off topic question: Any idea how would one go about getting a police certificate from Poland without being there...?

27 NOV 2019 - I-129F mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox

02 DEC 2019 - NOA1

23 MAR 2020 - NOA2

Try here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Poland.html

And here: https://www.gov.pl/web/gov/uzyskaj-zaswiadczenie-z-krajowego-rejestru-karnego

And here: https://pl.usembassy.gov/visas/police-certificates/

Now this information came easy because I followed the P3 letter and there it was; the answer to your question.

I don't remember but age can do that to a fellow. If you can send it again, I will add it to the information I have for Poland in the event this question comes up again. Thanks.

I just called the general customer service number. An officer will answer and then you have to request to speak with someone in Tier 2.
