Well the USCIS just helped me out in a HUGE way... they just texted me to check my  case...

 

Approved!!

 

NOA1- Oct 22th

NOA2- Feb 13th

 

 

This will make for the best V-Day gift i can give her tomorrow morning when she wakes.

We just received an email notifying us that our I-129F was approved!   USCIS received it October 4th, NOA1 date was October 9th, NOA2 date is January 16th. That's 99 days from NOA1 to NOA2 a

NOA1- 14th Oct 2019

RFE- 30 Jan 2020  ( they needed one passport style photo)

NOA2- 12th Feb 2020

Best Valentines gift !!

Correct.  Those are the levels before being considered by the Officers.  But it is still a judgement call by the officer regarding public charge and ability to support a new immigrant.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Just found this thread, so figured I'd join.

 

Filled - beginning of October

NOA 1 - October 17th, 2019

NOA 2 - nothing yet

 

Based on the VJ timeline, should've received it yesterday but nothing as of right now.
