Yes! this is what I had presumed it was, and I was so wrong about it! Again, we presented enough evidence. We lived together for months here in Europe so it was obvious that it was a real relationship. They also accepted his receipt for the engagement ring, messages with my family (mother, father, best friend) and photos of our engagement party (which was very clearly an engagement party and no resemblance of a wedding).

No it should have no bearing on the speed at which your  case is adjudicated.

I'm so happy that I came across this website and this October post.

We filed in Oct and received the NOA 1 on Oct 22nd.

Hoping to get the NOA 2 by the end of February.... wishing everyone else on here a speedy and smooth ride.

27 March 2021 - Entered US

21 April 2021 - Married 👰🤵

30 April 2021- AOS delivered
